Pole Worx Fitness provides this website for general studio, class, pricing, party, and contact information. Schedules, availability, prices, instructors, and offerings may change. Current booking information shown through Mindbody should be used when completing a reservation.

Bookings and payments

Class, membership, appointment, and party transactions may be completed through Mindbody or another identified payment provider. Terms displayed during checkout, in a signed agreement, or in a booking confirmation apply to that transaction.

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling

Cancellation, refund, late-cancel, no-show, and rescheduling rules may vary by class, membership, event, or private-party package. Review the applicable booking terms or contact the studio before purchasing if you have questions.

Participation and safety

Participants must follow instructor directions, studio rules, equipment guidance, age requirements, and any waivers associated with the booked activity. Inform the instructor of relevant limitations before participating and stop if an activity causes pain or feels unsafe.

Private parties and alcohol

Private-party packages may have additional guest, deposit, timing, food, beverage, identification, and studio-use requirements. Alcohol is limited to guests who are 21 or older with valid identification, subject to the conditions provided for the booked event.

Pole Worx Perks

Any loyalty or promotional benefit is subject to the current Pole Worx Perks rules, eligibility requirements, expiration terms, redemption limits, account restrictions, and the capabilities of the studio's booking system. Rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated.
