Privacy Policy

Information you provide

When you use the Pole Worx Fitness contact form, you may provide your name, email address, and message. When you book or purchase services, the information you provide is handled through Mindbody. Apparel purchases are handled through Dreyton.com.

Information collected automatically

Our website and hosting providers may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs. Mindbody may also process technical information when its booking tools load or when you follow a booking link.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

Google Analytics (measurement ID G-QXKKX9HZ4M) and the Meta Pixel (ID 377815786151444) load only after you select “Accept analytics.” These tools may receive page and device information through their standard technologies. Pole Worx sends a PageView, a ViewBacheloretteGuide event on the Kansas City bachelorette guide, and a MindbodyPartyOutboundClick event when a verified Pole Worx private-party booking link is selected. Event parameters are limited to non-sensitive context such as the page path, booking category, and link label. We do not use Meta advanced matching and do not send names, email addresses, messages, contact-form contents, or Mindbody booking details to Google Analytics or Meta through this site implementation.

Your cookie choices

On your first visit, you can accept analytics or reject nonessential tracking. A persistent “Cookie choices” control lets you review or change that choice later. Rejecting nonessential tracking prevents the Pole Worx Google Analytics tag and Meta Pixel from loading. If you withdraw a previous acceptance, the site revokes analytics consent, removes accessible Pole Worx analytics cookies where possible, and reloads without those optional tags. Your choice is stored in local browser storage.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to questions, provide requested studio services, process bookings through connected providers, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

Service providers and external websites

The site connects to services operated by Mindbody for scheduling and booking, FormSubmit for the contact form, Dreyton for apparel, and social or directory platforms. Google Analytics and Meta receive optional measurement data only after analytics consent. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies. Pole Worx Fitness does not control the privacy practices of external websites.

Data choices and requests

You may contact Pole Worx Fitness to ask about information submitted directly through this website. Booking, payment, or account requests involving Mindbody may also need to be directed to Mindbody through the applicable account tools.

Children's privacy

This website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children without involvement from a parent or legal guardian.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as the website or connected services change. The current version and update date will be posted on this page.
