Everything you need to know before attending your first class or private party at Pole Worx.

For Intro Level .5 and Level 1 pole classes, we recommend wearing comfortable workout shorts and a tank top or sports bra. Exposed skin on your legs and arms helps you grip the pole safely. Please do not apply lotion or body oils on the day of class!

Absolutely not! Our Intro Level .5 classes are specifically designed to build upper body and core strength from scratch. You do not need any prior dance, gymnastics, or fitness experience.

Yes! BYOB is welcome for private parties and bachelorette events for guests 21+ with valid ID. We ask that no glass bottles or open liquids are brought onto the dance floor area.

Pole Worx Fitness is located at 1611 Genessee St Ste 200 in the West Bottoms district of Kansas City, MO 64102. Free street parking and dedicated lot parking are available directly in front of the building entry.
