ABOUT OUR POLE DANCE FITNESS CLASSES
Pole Worx began in 2005 in a small Kansas City studio and has expanded as the popularity of pole fitness has grown. We are proud to be known as one of the first women-only pole and dance studios in Kansas City, with an all-gender class, Mixed Pole, offered on Sundays.
Pole dance or pole fitness classes can be enjoyable ways to incorporate fitness into your routine. Many of our students have expressed that our studio feels like a welcoming space where they feel a sense of community, encouraging them to attend classes regularly. We also host Bachelorette Parties on weekends, along with monthly social events.
