Beginner Pole

This class is for very beginners or anyone who wants to return to the foundations of pole dancing. Individuals will work on basic spins, movement coordination around the pole, and basic climbing. Instructors will work with students to advance at their personal pace. No experience with pole, dance, or fitness required. Attendance to one fundamentals class required prior to attendance to other pole classes.  

Pole

Instructors work with individuals on their personal goals at their individual levels. Instructors will work with students to advance through new moves, monitoring progress and flow along the way. All levels welcome to this mixed-level pole class.

Flex & Pole

You will spend the first part of this class building flexibility that will make your lines in pole look gorgeous and clean. We’ll work through passive and active flexibility stretches moving through different areas such as splits, backbends, and shoulders. During the last half, you will work on pole spins, tricks and transitions.

Flex & Flow

In this class, we will spend the first half of this class building flexibility that will make your lines in pole look gorgeous and clean. We’ll work through passive and active flexibility stretches moving through different areas such as splits, backbends, and shoulders. In the second half, we will learn beginner-friendly choreography together over the course of 3-4 weeks. Floor work and movements will help teach students how to sync moves together for a cohesive dance. All levels welcome.  

Mixed Pole

Classes are formatted in a group setting during warm-up and cool-down. In between, instructors work with individuals on their personal goals at their individual levels'. Instructors will work with students to advance through new moves, monitoring progress and flow along the way. All levels welcome to this mixed-level pole class. Open to all genders. 

Chair Dance - Learn

A sexy, fun, Pussycat Doll style dance using the chair as a prop!  We mix it up with different music genres and popular artists (like Somo, Tank, Beyonce, Chase Rice, Enrique and Rhianna).  Each routine is taught over two weeks and focuses on different muscle groups, and dance styles.  You get chair only, lap dance or occasionally a combination of pole and chair dancing! Even the warm up and cool down is sexy. Barefoot, socks or heels that you are used to wearing may be worn. You will be empowered, feel sexy and, if you choose, have something to take home to boo! 

ShakeIt Cardio Dance

Do you love cardio and dancing to the heart pounding beats at the club?  This is the class for you!  De-stress and get your sweat on and burn calories learning simple, repetitive dances to fun pop, salsa and hip hop music!

Hip Hop

Have fun burning calories in this energetic class where you will learn a simple, hip hop, street style dance routine, mixed with some attitude each week!

TwerkIt

Isolation, floor, booty, standing, butterfly - so many ways to TwerkIt (more than club style)!  This is dance fitness and booty bouncing to your favorite hip hop songs (think Drake and Bazzi)!  Get ready for an intense, full body, dance workout!

Urban Yogalates

In an untraditional setting, you will love Yogalates! We mix balance with isolation and repetitive exercises, barre, cardio and stretching. We have variety each week, so you will never tire of our flows and get a full body workout with a dose of relaxation in a positive, encouraging setting! Good for your mind, body and soul.  Come flow with our tribe in our happy place!

Booty Bootcamp

Bring your water bottle and towel, and get strong in this floor class!  We start with a warm up, build into a full body workout, and end with a cool down.  You will build cardio, burn fat, increase and strengthen your core and every muscle group!  Calisthenics and functional high intensity interval training (HIIT) will give you that firm, strong and toned summer body all year! 

Open Gym

This is an open gym time for students to work on their craft. There is no teacher available for instruction. Students must have taken at least three classes with an instructor.  For pole practice, you must have taken three pole classes.  For non-pole, floor classes, you must have taken three dance, yogalates or bootcamp classes.
